At Carmel Point Landscapes we believe all great landscapes start with a great plan and here's how we do it. A client calls us in need of landscaping help, perhaps a redo, adding privacy, accenting an area in the yard or just wants a fresh look. We set a day and time to meet. We walk your property with you, carefully listening to what you have in mind and taking notes along the way. We note access, existing features, soil type, exposure, irrigation, deer, etc. Next we grab our measuring wheel and start measuring the areas of concern. With field notes in hand we go back into the office and we start to draw. Once our design is complete we will estimate costs and present the plan to the homeowner for final approval.
