Chris redesigned the entire front area of our 4,300 square foot Carmel Point beach house. With his team of designers, masons, ironworkers and horticulturalists, Chris completely transformed what had looked like a used car lot. He demolished the pervasive pavement and installed a smaller, more discrete new driveway with herringbone pattern tiles. Then he added a beautiful fieldstone patio with integral walls, steps, fireplace, and water feature. He brought in trees, low maintenance plantings with stone and gravel paths. Finally Chris installed lovely metal gates for vehicular and pedestrian access.

The caliber of work by Carmel Point Landscapes is outstanding. With my training as an architect, I expect the best in design, craftsmanship and functionality. CPL's work outdid our expectations. Chris is an excellent manager and problem solver. He delivers on every expectation and is wonderful to work with.
